Using a different email address

Your purchases are tied to the email address used at checkout.

Bought with an old or work address

Open a ticket from the address you want to use going forward:

Tell us the old address as well, and we will link them so your access follows you.

PayPal used a different address

This is common, since PayPal sometimes passes its own registered address. Tell us both addresses in your ticket and we will sort it out.

Please do not create a second account

Buying again under a new address will charge you twice for the same product. Open a ticket first and we will move your existing access instead.
