I never got my download or access email

Ninety percent of the time the email arrived but landed somewhere unexpected. Try these in order.

1. Search, do not scroll

Search your whole mailbox for nicheraiders rather than scrolling your inbox. Include the Spam, Junk, Promotions and Updates tabs, and any filtered folders.

2. Check which email you used at checkout

Order emails go to the address entered at checkout, which is sometimes a PayPal address or an old address rather than your everyday one. Search those inboxes too.

3. Use the automatic resend tool

Enter your purchase email. If we have a purchase on file for it, your access details are sent straight back to you.

4. Still nothing?

Open a ticket here:

Include the email address and, if you have it, the order number from your receipt. We will look it up manually and get you sorted.
