Payment plans

Some higher priced products can be bought on a payment plan.

How it works

You choose your plan at checkout, your card is saved securely with our payment processor, and each installment is charged automatically on schedule. Full access is delivered when the plan completes, unless the product page says otherwise.

Updating your card

Open a ticket before your next payment date and we will send you a secure link to update your details:

A payment failed

We will email you if a charge does not go through. Reply to that email or open a ticket and we will re-run it or send you a fresh payment link.

Finishing early

If you want to pay off the balance in one go, open a ticket and we will arrange it.
