Story Loot kits are delivered as download links in your order email.

Download them right away

Please save your kits to your own computer or cloud drive as soon as you get them. Download links are cleared periodically to free up storage, so they are not meant to be a permanent library.

Where are my files?

Check the order email sent to your checkout address. If you cannot find it, run the resend tool:

The link expired or will not open

Open a ticket with the email you purchased with and the kit name:

We will check our files and re-send what we still have.
